Accessibility Statement
ZARS Solutions wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our target
We design and build the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is the standard we work toward and test against. It is not a claim that every page fully conforms; an independent audit has not been carried out.
What we do
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and labels, a “Skip to content” link and a visible focus indicator.
- Menus, disclosures and the IT Assessment form can be completed with a keyboard alone.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are announced, listed in a summary and linked to the field.
- Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast ratios, and color is never the only signal.
- Animation is minimal and turns off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Pages reflow to a single column at narrow widths and when zoomed.
- We check pages for accessibility before we publish them.
Known limitations
- The IT Assessment form needs JavaScript and uses an automated spam check that may occasionally ask you to complete a challenge. If you cannot complete it, use one of the alternatives below.
- The website has not yet been tested with every combination of screen reader and browser.
Get help or report a barrier
If something on the website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, tell us and we will help. You can also request an IT Assessment without using the form:
- Email info@zarssolutions.com with the subject “Accessibility”.
- Call 908-824-6006.
Please tell us the page address and what happened. We will reply, work with you on an alternative in the meantime and use what you report to fix the problem.
