About

ZARS exists because small businesses deserve enterprise thinking at their own scale.

ZARS Solutions is a technology services company for small and midsize businesses. It provides Managed IT Services, vCIO Services, IT Consulting and AI Advisory, so one accountable partner can run today’s technology and plan what comes next.

01Purpose

Why ZARS exists

Large organizations have CIOs, security teams and project offices. Small and midsize businesses face many of the same risks and decisions with none of that structure.

Too often the choice is between a reactive support vendor and doing without. ZARS was founded to offer something more useful: the operational discipline of a well-run IT department, the strategic view of a CIO, and practical help with new technology such as AI, sized and priced for businesses that cannot justify building all of that in-house.

ZARS is founder-led and based in New Jersey. It works remote-first with clients wherever they are, and coordinates onsite work when a task genuinely needs it.

02What we do

One partner, four kinds of technology work

  1. 01Run

    Is day-to-day technology dependable?

Keep day-to-day technology dependable for the people who use it.

  2. 02Secure

Are people, devices and data protected?

Protect identities, devices, data and the network as a matter of routine.

  3. 03Plan

Does leadership know what to fund next?

Give leadership a roadmap, a budget and clear risk decisions.

  4. 04Modernize

Are we changing the right things, safely?

Deliver projects, migrations and practical AI adoption with scope and guardrails.

03Principles

Operating principles

Start with the business
Every recommendation begins with what the business is trying to do, not with a product.
Write it down
Scope, configuration, decisions and procedures are documented, and the documentation is yours.
Secure by default
Protection is part of how things are built and run, not a separate sale.
Say what is not included
Clear boundaries prevent surprises for both sides.
Earn the next engagement
Clients should add services because the first one worked, not because of a bundle.
