Request
A named person at your business requests the change, so there is a record of who approved access.
Provision
Account, licence, groups, mailbox and device prepared from a role template.
Adjust
Role changes add and remove access together, so permissions do not stack up.
Remove
Sign-in blocked, sessions revoked, mail and files transferred, licence reclaimed.

Microsoft 365 questions
What is Entra ID?
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) is the identity service behind Microsoft 365. It controls who can sign in, with what verification, and what they can access.
Can ZARS migrate us to Microsoft 365?
Yes. Migrations of email, files and identity into Microsoft 365 are delivered as scoped IT Consulting projects, separate from ongoing administration.
Is Microsoft 365 administration part of Managed IT?
Yes. Day-to-day Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, including user lifecycle and MFA, is part of ZARS Managed IT. Larger changes such as tenant migrations are scoped as projects.
