What does ZARS Solutions do?

ZARS Solutions is a technology partner for small and midsize businesses. It provides four service lines: Managed IT Services (day-to-day IT operations and support), vCIO Services (strategic technology leadership), IT Consulting (defined projects and assessments) and AI Advisory (practical, governed AI adoption).

Is ZARS a managed service provider (MSP)?

Managed IT is one of four ZARS service lines, not the whole company. An organization can engage ZARS only for vCIO guidance, a consulting project or AI Advisory, and keep its existing internal IT team or provider.

What size businesses does ZARS work with?

Managed IT is typically a fit for organizations with roughly 5 to 99 users. Larger organizations work with ZARS through IT Consulting, vCIO Services, AI Advisory or co-managed arrangements alongside internal IT.

Do we have to sign up for Managed IT to use consulting or AI Advisory?

No. IT Consulting, vCIO Services and AI Advisory can each be engaged on their own. Projects are scoped separately from any recurring Managed IT relationship.

Does ZARS work onsite?

ZARS is remote-first. When work genuinely requires someone onsite, such as physical infrastructure, it is coordinated and scoped for that need.
